APPOINTMENTS
If you would like to meet with the artist to discuss a custom made order, please call to make an appointment. This can be by phone or through Viber. There is no additional design fee and special orders are not more expensive to create. Please do not hesitate to call, it would be an honor to bring your ideas to life.
TIME FRAME
An order will usually take approximately two to three weeks (depending on the size) from confirmation of all design details and initial deposit. Allowances can be made to meet tight deadlines. Please let us know your important dates, so we can achieve them for you.
DEPOSIT
We require a 50% deposit to begin an order and the remainder may be paid in increments before the order is collected or upon completion. The masterpiece can be picked up or delivered depending on your preference. Payment methods can be discussed.
